When I first attended Mindsight last year I was really feeling scattered, unfocused and was having feelings of highs and lows which was impacting my life and work. Since attending the sessions I have felt significantly calmer, focussed and grounded with in my self and have really seen a shift in my productivity and emotions resourcefulness.This would be amazing just to have this as an outcome of the sessions I have had, yet what has really made this time a wonderful experience the support and attention I have received from Elaine you her team of amazing clinic practitioners. They truly want you to feel and be better and are continuously there for you to make sure have what you need to be successful.I can't recommend Mindsight enough and would say to anyone if you are feeling stressed, unbalanced or have an emotion that is not serving you get in contact with Mindsight and tae the steps to find out what is possible for you. I have been dealing with Joanne, Steve and the team and cannot fault them. They have supplied me 2 CPAP machines over the years can honestly say their service and support has been excellent. I was close to having my drivers licence withdrawn unless I started using a CPAP machine - this has changed my life - ask my partner :-) Thanks guys.

It’s one of the best centre in Perth, staff is amazing. I will always recommend it. They provide good explanation about sleep testing and equipment. Their techs work 24x7 and share expertise whenever required
